I changed political parties November 13, 2008. I had been a Republican for thirty-one years.

As I did the official paperwork at the Supervisor of Elections office, I completed all of it except the signature. Beside the signature area on the voter registration card was this:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Florida, that I am qualified to register as an elector under the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida, and that all information provided in this application is true."

It stopped me in my tracks. I read that, and I am ashamed to admit, that I used the Lord's name in vain for the first time in my life. I said, "How in God's name can anyone who voted for Barack Obama sign this?" Forgive me, Lord. I was so shocked to see that oath on the card where everyone who registered to vote can see it. I was shocked because those who voted for B. Hussein O. signed it, and then voted for someone who:

1) Thinks our US Constitution has some "deep flaws" and wants to change it.

2) Does not even understand our US Constitution

which — legally, morally and physically — breaks their oath immediately! Isn't that called voter fraud? Isn't that called lying under oath? Isn't that called perjury?

They signed the oath to protect the US Constitution and then voted for someone who is going to drastically change the US Constitution! They not only voted for a card carrying Socialist, but, basically, they voted to undo the US Constitution via their candidate! Is that not lying under oath?

If the voter registration card's oath to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" is in effect while they are voting, then they committed perjury while they voted for a candidate who has signed a socialist card, which means allegiance to different ideas than to the US Constitution's ideas. They voted for a candidate whose legal right to even run for president is in question. If their voter card oath was in effect during their vote, they committed fraud.

Now, how about the candidate they voted for? Is he committing fraud, too? Let's set aside the fact that he worked for six years teaching ACORN volunteers how to defraud the system and how to make sure that he gets elected. Let's set that stuff aside.

Barack Hussein Obama, to be sworn in as our 45th President on January 20, 2009 will take this oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

How can someone who says that the US Constitution is flawed stand up and defend it? How can he be sworn into office with that oath when he knows he has already signed a socialist card and that he no more believes in the US Constitution (and our way of life) than cats can read. How, in fact, did he get sworn in as a US Senator? He has already taken this oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

Umm... Slight problem here: "or purpose of evasion"? What? Does that mean that he can't be lying to the people about it? It does?! Well, well. Does that mean that his registration with the socialist party is something that would make that oath an evasion? Is that something to consider here?

Should an avowed, card carrying socialist be allowed to be sworn in as President of the United States of America when we already know that he is secretive and that his oath as US Senator is already in question? What would that do to his oath as President?

If this is an issue, and I believe it is, shouldn't we make this an issue that we stand by and we want answers to? Did he evade? Did he tell us the truth? What documents has he released? His birth certificate? Or is this an "evasion" too?

I have a question for you. If B. Hussein O. is willing to cheat (ACORN), to evade (US Senate oath) and to say that the US Constitution is deeply flawed, won't he be committing fraud if he takes the US Presidential Oath of Office?
