Maureen Rupe is not qualified to represent the people's interest.

In almost every issue of the Happenings newsletter she has beat up on FPL. FPL was here in PSJ before she moved here and she had a choice at the time. Now that she has made it her life's work on beating FPL, now FPL is going to replace the plant in PSJ at our expense. Does she know her power comes from FPL?

She uses "Quality of life" and "For the children" to get what SHE wants at our expense.

She has no college education, no political degree or experience. In my own opinion, if she wants to have a socialist government then she should move back to the Island of taxes: the United Kingdom, Great Brittain, England where she would be at home in a socialist society.

She would be as I state on my website, "To many, the Government has shifted from one 'of the people, by the people and for the people' to a Government 'of special interests, for their own benefit, at the people's expense.'"
